 Money for you ! Compensation and damages

(1) In the event of a breach of the prohibition of discrimination, the employer is obliged to compensate for the resulting damage. This does not apply if the employer is not responsible for the breach of duty.

(2) In the event of damage which is not pecuniary loss, the employee may claim appropriate compensation in monetary terms. Compensation may not exceed three months' salary in the event of non-employment
